Sales training
The sales training consists of 4 parts:
- The study part , where each candidate will be subject to an assessment of its present level of awareness and capacity to improve his level of business interest.
- The training part , which is one complete day.
- The follow-up part , which is done individually or in group.
- The feedback part , where candidate and his management will be given the points to work on for the future.
- Total training time for the sales course is 3 days, over a period of two weeks.
Back to Basics session
The “Back to Basics” session are done in 4 parts over two days:
- The study part , the assessment of the candidates.
- The presentation of “Back to Basics” that takes two hours of focus on the content of the CS and Ops jobs, and asks the right questions for the future focusing on personal pride.
- The follow-up part , that takes around one hour in group and about 30 minutes for each participant individually. What can I do to perform better? A basic follow up that can be monitored by the management just by adding a few KPI’s to the individuals’ job description and/or score card.
- The feedback part , where candidate and his management will be given the points to work on for the future.
A personal coaching, during which the candidate and the coach work together to improve the skills and eliminate the weaknesses indicated by the candidate or its management. These sessions can be the follow up of group sessions for some individuals, or can be based on personal initiative. Personal coaching is personal, meaning tailor-made program, depending on the needs.
